This is the first and one of the most successful residential project implemented by ATFL in 1990 under the "Co-operative Housing Development Scheme" on the national highway near Mamoon Cantt, Pathankot covering an area of 45 acres. An undulating waste-land was developed into a well-planned colony and turned into one of the most sought after and best residential areas in the city. A total of 900 plots were developed and sold in less than a year at the cost price of Rs. 125/- per sq yd. Today it commands a price of Rs. 20,000/- per sq. yd.
Members associated with this project gained substantially high returns- upto 700% in a short span of one year.
