In her work experience spread across SaaS / Hospitality / Global Customer Success / Payment Bank Operations / Tech and Non Tech roles - she has worked on multiple projects from rural to urban to international markets.

Shilpa is a fitness enthusiast and a long distance runner. She has participated in multiple long runs on difficult and beautiful terrains across the country.
