ATFL launched farm house project, Green Orchards at Palwal (50 km from Delhi) which was also a trail blazer in promoting affordable farm house developments along boundaries of a thriving urban centre. It took a monumental effort to consolidate 125 acres land bit by bit as one expanse of land to be developed as farmhouses. The farmhouses were sold at a affordable price of Rs. 30000/- per acre and had a great response from the buyers. The project offers a panorama of lush green open spaces, unhindered flora and fauna and provides a perfect get-away for busy city dwellers.
