Lt Col Rattan Singh Gaba (Retd.)

Highly qualified and visionary extraordinaire, Col Gaba is an engineer and graduate of India’s premier defence training institute, NDA, and is also an alumnus of IIT Delhi. Col Gaba is actively involved in policy formulation and business strategy development for the group. With his innovative approach and high ethical business standards, he has helped the company build strength over the years and earn a stellar reputation among all its clients.

His devotion to the nation as a veteran is an inspiration to the organisation to channelise some of its strengths and successes towards social causes. His association with Patanjali Yogpeeth as a corporate member since 2005 is an outspoken example of the group’s commitment to CSR activities.

Lt Gen S M Mehta, AVSM, SM, VSM**

Lt Gen SM Mehta (Retd.), AVSM, SM, VSM and Bar to VSM has had a distinguished and checkered career spanning four decades in the army. A highly decorated soldier, he is known for his leadership qualities as he has handled a multitude of leadership positions at strategic, inter- services, and operational levels. A thinker and an eminent Engineer, he transitioned successfully to the social sector after his retirement in 2014. As CEO of The Hans Foundation, he led its operations with great vision and contributed to its phenomenal growth over the next seven years.

He has been National Advisor to Saksham Foundation, CEO of The Banyan Foundation and Banyan Academy of Leadership for mental health and he is Chairman of Inclusion of Divyangjans Entrepreneurs Association (IDEA) Foundation.

He has joined ATFL as Chairman on 10th July 2023.

Managing Director

Maj C M Bhando (Retd.)

A highly gifted and distinctly competent engineer from the Indian Army, Maj Bhando is a mechanical engineer by profession. He took premature retirement and joined ATFL in 1993. He is versatile, has a perceptive intellect and carries a very calm persona. He oversees entire operations of ATFL, provides overall guidance and direction for its growth as per the vision of company.

He is a qualified NAREDCO certificate holder on Real Estate. A dedicated veteran, he is enthusiastically involved in corporate social responsibility activities. He has steered and contributed to the phenomenal growth of the company and has been responsible for completion of one stellar project after the other, successfully in the past 30 years.
